We accept mixed and all male or female groups, but do ask that children are supervised at all times - we do have wild-life ponds in the grounds.

Prices
Full weeks from £495 to £995.
Short breaks available - minimum stay 3 nights - please phone.
Maximum of 6 people per lodge including children.
Check-in between 4.30pm and 6.30pm or if later by prior arrangement.
No Pets

Cots and highchairs are available - please bring your own bedding.

Note: All heating and electricity plus use of the hot-tubs are included in the charges.

Booking
We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance being payable 56 days before your holiday starts. There is a sliding scale of refunds should you need to cancel your booking.

If paying by credit card, a 2% surcharge is payable; debit cards and cheques are free of charge.
